Abusive, dishonest, and cannot be trusted. I submitted a written complaint about this host to Turo. It ruined my day and the entire experience made me sad. If you still book him, then stay alert and try to avoid connecting with him if you have vehicle problem. When I picked-up his electic car, it had 109 miles drivable mileage. And after I drove the first 22 miles, the drivable miles reduced to just 38 miles. I was left with no choice, but to return it. The host did not answer to my (and Turo's) calls and messages. Finally, following Turo's advice I messaged him my plan to leave the car at pickup point and leave with the key as I desired not to drop the it at any random place. It's only then he replied, next moment, with instruction to leave the key at his office nearby. When, one of his office mate, a gentleman, after receiving the key called him. The host received the call. Upon learning that the call was about me who was returning him the key, he started using the F# word for me. He did this repeatedly despite his friend's reminder that I was next to him and his phone was in speaker. When his office mate gave me his phone talk to him, I had only one question for him. “I paid the money in advance, and also I had endure all pains for the defective car (which he was certainly aware and yet he chose to keep it listed and that’s why in my opinion this person is dishonest), then why he used abusive words for me? In his reply, the host rudely said he will refund the money. Turo support originally said they will see that this person is delisted from the site, but later in another call Turo support told me that because I don't have any evidence of his behavior, they will not delist this host, and he will continue to list his vehicles.

Great little car if you aren’t driving too far. It only has less than 100 mile range before you need to charge. I would recommend knowing where charging stations are in advance. Robert was very helpful and quick to respond. I would rent from him again.
