I have used Turo before, but always got the car from a parking garage or lot with a lockbox. I hadn’t done the personal drop off and pick up, but the he was always on time or early and it actually made it much easier. Will definitely rent from Ali again next time I’m in Knoxville!

The pick up and drop off are in person not a lockbox which can be stressful if there are delays etc. Overall it was a compact car that got us where we needed to be and Ali is a great host

The car was delivered to us clean and in good working condition. The AC and heat worked well. We used the car for five days. It was also really convenient that the car was delivered to us and picked up from us at the airport. Any concerns we may have had were promptly addressed. I would rent this car again. It was a great value for what we paid.

Ali is a great host. He is always on time, friendly, and responds very quickly to any questions that I had.

The car was great. I even filled up gas more than I had at start. Ali did not show up to pick up car at airport as promised. Bad business. I had to leave car in airport garage. Can’t trust him to do what he says.
