Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Guest is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation for up to $150. We are pet friendly, but please clean up the pet hairs or cleaning fee may apply. Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gasoline . Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed, indicate your child age and weight via messages. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install a car seat

Ali was great to talk to. Car worked for our purposes. It was a little noisy from the engine and acceleration isn’t good. Almost got hit from a car because I couldn’t accelerate fast enough. No arm rest in the middle which isn’t a big deal but usually helpful when driving. Rear tire has an alert for low pressure on the last day. And having to switch dropoff location because airport dropoff had a fee. Otherwise, car worked for the short time and for the price. I’d probably pay a bit more to get a better car.

Nice car but cars wiper blades need to be changed and minor mechanical issues. Was charged a refuel fee when it was full when dropping off $40 was put in.
