Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation for up to $150. We are pet friendly, but please clean up the pet hairs or cleaning fee may apply. Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed, indicate your child age and weight via messages. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install a car seat

This was the absolute BEST car rental that I have EVER had!!!!! What a host! Ali was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to assist with getting the car picked up and returned. Had numerous travel issues getting into and out of Knoxville but Ali made sure the car and the service was excellent. Will definitely be using his services each and every time we go back to Knoxville.
