This review is for the host’s 2021 Tesla Model 3. Vehicle was in good working order, but displayed signs of hard use. Back glass punctured and cracked, rear reflector missing, and indications of a previous minor contact incident in rear corner. Interior cleanliness adequate, could not be described as detailed. Wood door accents peeling, which while minor, lended to the sense of hard and heavy use.
Primary issue was lack of communication. Host stated they would send message with location of vehicle upon their arrival at the airport. This message came 20 minutes after pickup time and only after repeated contacts via the Turo app.
