• Tolls— All cars have Sunpass device for tolls. However, renters are responsible to pay for their own tolls at the end of the trip. • By booking my vehicle, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions below. • Cleaning—If car is not returned in the same conditions as it was delivered there will be a cleaning fee starting at $25.00. • There is a toll transponder in the car. Any tolls incurred during your trip will be requested at the end of your trip via app. Simply take the on toll roads. • Smoking cigarettes or marijuana is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the vehicle. If evidence of smoking is found in the car, a cleaning fee of $500 will apply per Turo policy. • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and fuel level that it was received. (You can use the Pre-Paid refuel for $50 • Absolutely no trips to the racetrack in this car. If the car goes to a racetrack or a drag strip, you will be fined $2500 • If you plan on driving long distances on highways, keep in mind there are many flying bugs in Florida and the front of your rental will be covered with bugs by the end of your trip. I’d recommend choosing the extra Post-Trip Cleaning option, as it will save you some money as opposed to being charged a cleaning fee at the end of your trip. • Please note that basic and standard insurance does not cover roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire, need a jumpstart etc you will be responsible. • Car must returned sand and pet hair free or a minimum $20 vacuuming fee will be charged. • The vehicle must be returned on time (as indicated on your booking reservation) as the next client is scheduled immediately after your drop off. A late fee will be assessed for each hour the car is returned late. If you need to extend, let me know before your trip is scheduled to end. • Lost key $500 You can inquire about more information by directly messaging me. No Pets, No smoking Allowed. • If GPS tracker is removed it will be a $1,500 charge. • No Burn outs or aggressive driving. Tire threads are marked before and after each trip. Damaged tires will incur a minimum charge of $500 for each damaged tire. • Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each wheel will be photographed before/after and any curb rash will incur a repair fee per curb rash. • Also be careful going over bumps, dips and driveways to prevent scratching bottom of vehicle.
