How do I adjust the seats?
If you look next to the front door handles you will see little adjustments that are shaped to look like a seat. Move those different parts and it will adjust the seat for you to your comfort level.
The vehicle has gotten dirty on my trip, can I wash it?
Yes! You can take this vehicle to any Brown Bear Car Wash that has an automated car wash and wash it there for free.
What kind of gas should I use for this vehicle?
Only high octane gas may be used for this vehicle. High octane gas is 91, 92 or 93 octane.
Can I save my seat setting in the memory?
No. Please do not change the pre-set seat settings, as those are reserved for the owners of the vehicle and make it easier to adjust the seats back during quick drop offs or pickups at the airport.

10/10 such a Friendly and communicative host! We did somehow come across a flat during our trip, We got it figured out an Terrance was really understanding and helpful through it all! Other than that the trip was really great, comfortable and luxury car with good mpg you’ll enjoy driving the city in this! I will definitely be booking with Terrance in the near future!

Terrance was fabulous to work with! I’m local and when we had to bring one of the cars in for some work, after one day of being my driver to work and back, my husband suggested I rent a car. As a minivan driving mom, and since this in the same ballpark as a midsize budget rental (maybe a skosh more) I rented Terrance’s Mercedes and it was a fabulous treat — well cared for, clean, everything I needed in it - and Terrance was quick to respond to this last minute rental! I’ll certainly reach out next time I need a mom car break!
