Tires were bald .. air light on entire trip and we were being tracked with an AirTag in the trunk hiding I pressed play sound and it was somewhere in the trunk .. pretty scary being tracked on vacation … then host lied and said “ the last renter
dropped it “ but as soon as I called toro it stopped tracking us

We are terribly sorry about how your trip played out after our team went above and beyond to try to accommodate. A warning to all future host if you value your commitment and work do NOT rent to this person. After a last minute booking she wanted to pick up the car earlier within a hour of it coming back which we accommodated. Then claims that we deliberately track her via AirTags this is false we use turo approved tracking systems Bouncie. Complained about the additional cost to ext the rental.
