• How does paying for Tesla Supercharging and Tolls work?

  All Supercharging fees and Toll Fees will be billed to you within 72 hours after the completion of your trip. I will submit an invoice via the Turo app and you will receive an e-mail notification.

• How do I open the charge port?

  When using a Tesla Charger, there is a circle button on the charging handle. When in close proximity to the charge port (located under a reflector on the driver's side on the rear quarter between the rear passenger door and the rear tailgate) press the button and the port will lift open. From the inside on the main screen, you should see a picture of the vehicle. There will be a small "lighting bolt" icon to open the charge port.

• Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

  Absolutely *NO SMOKING* in this car. Guests and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle in the Turo marketplace. There will be a $150 fee if there is any scent of smoke in the car. So please be respectful and do not smoke in the car at all, not even with the windows down. • Is it okay to stay idle after supercharging the Tesla is complete?

  Please note that Tesla charges a $1/minute "Idle Fee" if the vehicle is left parked 5 minutes after supercharging is complete. In the event that you stay idle more than 5 minutes after charging is complete. You will receive a notification of the event via the Tesla app. So please be aware of this and do not leave the Tesla parked at the supercharging station once the vehicle charging is complete. If you do incur any "Idle Fees" they will be invoiced to you within 72 hours after the completion of your trip.

• How do I lock & unlock the Tesla?

  The initial unlock will be done remotely from TURO GO in the app upon your arrival at the vehicle and check in. After that, there is a Key Card, similar to a hotel Key Card, that is used to lock and unlock the vehicle. On the card, there is a graphic showing placement on the B Pillar between the driver side front and rear doors below the camera. Remember to LOCK the vehicle upon exiting. You will see the mirrors FOLD IN to confirm the vehicle is locked.

• How do I adjust the mirrors?

  From the main screen, select the vehicle icon in the lower left corner. This will open the settings screen.

• How do I operate the A/C?

  From the main screen, on the lower left, you should see a Temp Setting. Select the temp which should access the A/C controls. You can adjust the temp, fan speed, etc or set to AUTO. You're also able to adjust where the air comes from by either sliding up/down/left/right and pinch or push to narrow or widen the air.

• How do I open the glove box?

  From the main touch screen, select the vehicle icon in the lower left corner. On the next screen toward the upper middle right, you should see the Glove Box button to open.
