All four tires very likely had unsafe tread on them and had to be replaced. There was also no spare tire in the trunk. I ran over a nail and Firestone looked at them and said all four were unsafe, the host agreed to pay for four new tires. I also saved them money through a discount through searching. They refused to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience or for anything. The car was checked once a year from Turo, but the host didn't mention checking the tires before rentals and didn't think that Firestone was correct, yet still agreed to pay for new tires. This is still factoring the amount of miles I had driven during my rental. They were pretty rude after I brought up all of this to them and even said my account was probably going to be canceled because I asked to be compensated outside Turo, which was untrue.
