YOU MUST BE AT LEAST TWENTY-ONE(21) YEARS OLD TO BOOK THIS CAR. 🚨TURO DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING OF ANY KIND PERMITTED INSIDE ANY VEHICLES LISTED ON THEIR PLATFORM. IF A VIOLATION OF TURO’S SMOKING POLICY OCCURS: 🚨🚨$150 smoking violation fee plus a 3% processing fee, and it may result in your account being closed by Turo. 🚨🚨🚨You will be handed a clean and sanitized vehicle. Please do not return the vehicle in a irresponsible or abused condition. If it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, Turo will charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150 plus a 3% processing fee. How do I open the hatchback trunk?
Just left of the back up camera you will feel a switch press the switch and pull up to open the hatchback trunk.
I pressed on the button and the hatchback still won’t open?
As a safety feature call doors including a hatchback lock you have to press the unlock button on the inside of the vehicle or on the key fob for the hatchback to unlock before it will open.
How do I open the gas tank?
On the left-hand side of the floorboard, and the driver seat is a lever pull on that black leather, and it will open the gas tank.

The car was fine and the host very helpful. Pickup at MCI was easy although the host referred to TowerE15 as the car's location. By Tower i believe the host is referring to a bus stop structure not an actual tower which caused some confusion for the bus driver. Overall an excellent experience.
