Clean car, I had to pay for parking for pick up and drop off, I didn’t appreciate that. Outside of that the trip was great.

Hi Ian sorry for any confusion but the info that the renter is responsible for all Newark airport parking fees were mentioned in the automatic message received by you 15 minutes after booking your trip and also in the description of the vehicle. These fees do not come to me and are paid directly to the airport. We try our hardest to get this message to renters before they book by putting it in the vehicle description and then again 15 minutes after you book so that the renter is informed thanks
