2020 Ford Fusion S, white with cloth interior. Special features include Ford Co-Pilot360, FordPass Connect, Rear View camera, rotary gear shift, rain-sensing wipers, and 1-touch window up/down. Very fuel-efficient, too - one can easily get 40mpg or more on the highway. This is a Turo Go car/trip where you can use the Turo App to lock/unlock the car. This also means you can start the trip up to 30min earlier than your trip time, or up to 12 hours later. You'll simply walk up to the car, unlock the car with the Turo App, then get in and drive off. Pick up the car at the garage located at 30 Mall Drive West, Jersey City, NJ 07302. The cars will be at Level B Aisle 14. Simply approach the car, use the Turo app to unlock the car, and use the key that will be in the center console. You can unlock the car up to 30min before your trip start time or up to 12 hours after your trip start time. The car has a parking pass for the garage on the windshield. Simply pull up to the gate when you enter/exit and it should open for you. At the end of your trip leave the car back at the garage at Level B, Aisle 14. Leave the key in the center console then lock the car using the Turo app.

How do tolls work?
Each car is equipped with an EZ pass on the windshield. If you would prefer to use your own, then simply remove the one on the windshield and put it in the electrostatic bag that is provided in the center console so that my EZ pass is not (also) used. Tolls are then billed after the trip via a Turo invoice.

The pickup/drop-off process is very smooth, car is parked at a very convenient location. However, the car was quite dirty both outside and inside, the car is quite beat up with a ton of dents, scratches and other damage, not well maintained. We ended up getting a flat tire and the car had no spare and no jack leaving us with only a tow option. Luckily we were able to out some air in and made it to the nearby tire shop. With all that said, the car got the job done and took us where we had to be, however I will not be renting it again.

The car was easy to find and the owner was nice and responsive. However the car wreaked of cigarette smoke it made me nauseous the whole trip. The car definitely needs a deep clean.
