Deric is really helpful and kind throughout the experience, the instructions are clear which made the pick up / return experience super easy. The car is really clean, new, fun to drive and gas was full when we picked up the car. Deric has been really responsive all the time whenever we reach out (literally replying in 1 second all the time) which makes him the best! We were driving in Vermont which has roads with snow and car performed perfectly. Lastly, the car is in Jersey City so it was really convenient for us to get it and return it, so much better than renting cars from airports. Price is super reasonable too, 100% recommended!!!

Mazen is incredibly easy to work with. He was on site for the pickup and thorough with all instructions. Communication was never a problem, and he was quick to approve an extension to my trip. Robert’s Tesla was a head turning sleek car in great condition. It is truly a unique car, and is an excellent choice for long trips. The pickup and drop off was super convenient in central jersey city just blocks fr the PATH. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Great host, instant pickup when I arrived with photos of car already taken, easy dropoff, clean car that drove well. Also had access to a parking spot all day, which is rare on Turo in Jersey City and very useful. Would recommend and drive with again.

Yulia was so nice and very easy to work with especially with my crazy schedule I was able to easily communicate with her about extending the car rental as well as changing times and dates , I wish I could keep the car for the rest of week but she was booked , but I definitely will recommend booking with her ... the car is small and was super convenient for me to get back and forth to work especially with the snow storm . such a wonderful experience! i love the sound system in the tesla specifically. sarathy was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the trip, and also helped me extend the rental- which was helpful to have extra time to charge the car and get back with more ease.

This was my first Turo rental. Deep was very accommodating. He answered all my questions and made things easier to understand. We decided late at night that we needed an extra last minute car for a mini family vacation, so we decided to try out a Tesla. Deep was able to have it ready to go very quickly. The car arrived in tip-top shape. It was very clean and smelled good, in addition to being loaded with features. I would 100% recommend renting from Deep, because I will be renting from him again in the future! Amazing experience!

Kevin is great to rent from, and the delivery to Jersey City made it super convenient. The Volkswagen EOS is a fun little car to drive and the automatic hard top convertible is amazing. There was room for two people and their stuff for a week at the beach, even with the reduced trunk space from the convertible.

Gabriel was extremely prompt and punctual with any question i had. Access to where the car is stored is super easy--especially for those close to Jersey City or a path train stop. i came from brooklyn and had no issues once i got off the path train--brief walk to the lot.

Delonte was by far my best host experience on Turo. Super prompt responses, flexible accommodations, thorough and super sweet energy. Opted into the PATH station pick up/drop off and it couldn't have been more smooth or convenient. Car was in great condition, too (EXCELLENT sound system for the model [for the fellow beat junkies on long road trips).

Handover from John was easy and he made it a point to disinfect the car thoroughly before and after every renter. Aside from being a nice person, John's Ford Fusion is in great condition and has everything from EZ pass to GPS navigation to a good sound system. Handles well and I'd definitely rent from him again! If you're coming from another part of Jersey City/via PATH from Manhattan, make sure you download Via for a cheaper ride than Lyft/Uber right to John's!

BEST turo rental EVER. I can’t stress how amazing this car is. The full navigation and autopilot + extended battery was perfect for my trip. Pricing was 10/10 compared to other Tesla rentals. Quinn is one of the most professional and reasonable hosts I’ve had the pleasure of meeting through turo. When I come back to NYC, I’ll most certainly rent from Quinn again.

Awesome car in perfect condition, host was super communicative since the pickup and dropoff were complicated by a huge snowstorm and roads and charging spots that were very poorly (if at all) cleared by the city. Despite that everything still went perfectly smoothly to use the car for the time I needed, would absolutely book again.
