What should I do if the car breaks down or if there's an emergency?
Please message me on the Turo app ASAP so I can coordinate next steps. If possible, pull over to the side of the road or somewhere safe to avoid any additional risk.
Are there any specific cleaning procedures I should follow?
Please DO NOT take this vehicle through any car wash of any kind. I kindly ask to keep the interior clean and throw away any trash prior to returning the vehicle.
Does the car require any special type of fuel?
Yes, this vehicle uses 91 Octane Premium fuel. Please return the vehicle full prior to returning.
Can I extend my trip or change my trip dates?

Is smoking or eating allowed in the car?
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS VEHICLE. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if any evidence of smoking is found. Light beverages are allowed to be held in the cup holders. However, I ask to please refrain from eating inside the vehicle.
What is the procedure for pick-up and drop-off?
Both pick-up and drop-offs are handled via the Turo app and through remote unlock. Specific instructions will be provided upon booking.
How do I connect my phone to the infotainment and/or Apple CarPlay?

Where is the Apple MagSafe Charger?
The car has a universal phone mount installed. However if you have an Apple iPhone and would like to use the MagSafe charging mount instead, you can find it located in the glove box. Please remove the universal mount by unscrewing the ball mount and installing the MagSafe mount in its place. Connect the USB cable to the charging port beside it.
Can you deliver the vehicle to my address if I am close to the pick-up address?
No. Delivery services are only provided to John Wayne Airport (SNA). Any request to deliver the vehicle to another address will be declined.
