This is to ensure it is ready for you should you have any flight delays or land slightly earlier than expected. Required by Host: 1. Valid drivers license 2. Please upload a photo of your drivers license to trip photos 3. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license Upload these photos easily by going to Details - Trip Photos - Add Photos I love animals as much as the next person but please, No pets inside the vehicle unless you add the pet fee extra to your trip. 🐕 🚭 No smoking of any kind is permitted in the vehicle. Signs of smoking will incur an additional fee. This vehicle requires electric charging which can be made at any TESLA SUPERCHARGER stations. Simply plug in, charge up and continue driving. All EV charges will be added to your trip at the end. The vehicle may NOT leave CA state lines by any means unless agreed upon prior to delivery of the vehicle.* Any Toll Road fees, express fees, tickets will be charged to you at the end of your trip. It is important we communicate. If for any reason you are late to drop off please let me know. The time frames for pick up/drop off are important. Any vehicle dropped off later than the designated time may have a late fee applied to their trip. Scheduled Routine maintenance is done when needed. Checking tires, brakes, headlights, tail lights, signals and wiper blades is just a few things we inspect upon delivery of each vehicle to ensure the safety of our guest. Also please double check your time zone and flight schedule to ensure that your booking time for the vehicle is set to be picked up according to Pacific Standard Time. This is to help us make sure your vehicle is ready when you land.

• Can I bring my pet?

  You may bring your pet if you add the Pet Extra as part of your trip. Signs of a pet present without the option added to your trip will result in a fine.

• Is smoking or eating allowed inside the vehicle?

  There is absolutely no smoking permitted inside the vehicle of ANY KIND. If you do eat inside the car please be careful and be as clean as possible when doing so. I will also recommend keeping the car ventilated while transporting food as well to eliminate the smell of food. For any signs of smoking there will be a fee added to your trip.

• Can I rent longer if needed?

  Yes, if the vehicle does not have any scheduled booking I would be glad to extend your trip.

• Someone hit the vehicle and it is now damaged, what do I do?

  First, make sure you pull aside if possible and get to a safe area. Next please take multiple pictures of the damage and notify your host immediately to help with resolving this issue.

• Can I take the vehicle out of state?

  The vehicle must remain inside state lines unless otherwise agreed upon with the host prior to taking delivery of the vehicle and adding the fee under “extras”.

• Can I use regular fuel?

  This vehicle is fully electric. You will need to charge it at a Charge Point station or Tesla Charging Station. You will be responsible for the cost of charging at the end of the trip. I will provide a receipt of the charges for your records as well. A standard charging cord will be available for use. Loss or damaged charging cables will be billed to the guest $145.00
