Otherwise you will be charged and invoiced for the full amount if we receive any violation or charges whatsoever. Thank you! Smoking: No smoking or vaping is allowed in our vehicles! Thank you for understanding Helmets: Please be aware the CA law does require you to wear a helmet while driving our slingshot. We do have DOT approved helmets available for rent as an extra if you need to secure one for your trip!
