Eric was wonderful!! had a hiccup with the pick up but he remained patient as we figured it all out. he was understanding and flexible when i responded about any and all issues and ultimately..... just wanted me to have a good freaking time. i came to houston over a heartbreaking family event and he was such a positive and wholesome energy. the car was beautiful and i definitely ended my trip feeling more uplifted than i had anticipated. thank you eric! i’m looking forward to working with you for any and all future trips to texas 🥲

Kamraan was a great host, my place landed at 12am, but I put the trip start time as 1am so that I would be the one to wait instead of him waiting for me but he showed up at 12am on the dot anyways. Car was clean and well kept no issues and cheap to fill

Zalathiel was great to work with-he picked us up at the airport, and was flexible and accommodating when our trip was affected by the Houston ice storm. The car was in excellent condition, very comfortable, worked well, and even kept us warm when we lost power in our rental condo!

The car is in great condition, it drives like any modern A series, though the suspension is a little stiffer than say an a4 but not by much which conversely gives it better handling. The car was waiting for me by the time I exited the airport, I just took a shuttle to reach its parking location. The drop off was as simple as leaving the car in the same parking place and taking a shuttle to the airport. Damion is a great host, very accommodating and helpful, I can highly recommend him to anyone looking to drive something different that the average rental

The pictures don’t do it justice. Michael’s car is phenomenal, extremely spacious with a beautiful sunroof and not to mention this car is good on gas. I was skeptical at first, this being my first time using Turo. However, I am very impressed with my experience. Michael responded quickly via messenger to any questions I had. I’ll be sure to rent from Michael again next time I’m in H-Town.

Got sick this trip we ended up in the hospital the night before just barely made our flight. Wasn’t able to communicate with Michael so much this trip cause the medication was strong. Despite our challenges this go around the host was still good. Few maintenance warnings occurred close to the end of the trip but overall I will rent again from Michael.

This was our first time using Turo, and it was a good experience. Brandon was able to adjust our pickup despite a later-than-expected arrival. The pickup was a bit chaotic... A different location might be better. Over all, Brandon was courteous and accommodating. The car was clean and had no problems.
