We will charge actual cost once reservation ends. • Car can be charged at any regular charging station or supercharger. Charging stations can be found within the car's GPS. Charging adapter included to use at any charging station. • Car can be fully charged at any Tesla supercharger station (rider pays supercharging fees) takes 1/2 hr full charge. Tesla designed the Supercharger network to enable a seamless, enjoyable road trip experience. Therefore, we understand that it can be frustrating to arrive at a station only to discover fully charged Tesla cars occupying spaces. To create a better experience for all owners, Tesla is introducing a fleet-wide idle fee that aims to increase Supercharger availability. We ask that vehicle be moved from the Supercharger stall once fully charged. A customer would never leave a car parked by the pump at a gas station and the same thinking applies with Superchargers. All supercharger idle fees will be billed to you accordingly which charges up to $1.00 per minute. If the battery dies and the car requires a tow, there will be a $350 fine. Car can be returned at any percentage for an upfront payment of $25 All the Tesla payments will be billed to renters when the reservation ends. No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. If Airport delivery is required, you may be charged a parking fee by CLT Douglas International Airport. • Does Tesla need to be returned fully charged?

  Car will come fully charged. Please return it at same level of charge. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same charge level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of charge + $10 inconvenience fee. If car cannot be returned charged, we highly suggest to purchase the Prepaid EV recharge option.

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. • Is there smoking permitted in the car?

  NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
