If you return the car in a condition that needs more work than regular wash & vac please expect a fee depending on the severity outlined within Turo's cleaning policy. 3.) The toll charges and any other incurred expenses as it relates to your trip will be calculated and requested via Turo reimbursement requests. 4.) Low profile tires, please be mindful of speed-bumps, curbs, potholes, etc. 5.) Most importantly, we are here for you! THE BEST TURO TRIP I EVER HAD!!!!!

My team and I travel to Houston and Dallas every other week and try different rental car and Turo providers to see which one works best for our travels. This was by far one of worst experiences we’ve ever had. 1. At time of pickup the bumper on the car broken and hanging off of the right passenger side along with extensive hail damage and scratches on the car. There was no mention of this in any of the notes. Luckily, I happened to walk around the car and check it thoroughly. 2. Communication was terrible. I didn’t have instructions on how to pick up the rental until after my flight landed to Houston even though I had many times for this information. 3. The car alarm kept going off while I was driving the car. This was embarrassing. Everyone kept looking at me including Police to see what was going on. The only way to turn it off was to message CurbSyde to reset the alarm remotely. 4. Once Again, I didn’t have Return instructions till the very last minute on how drop the car back to airport. I didn’t know if there was a specific spot, pictures I would have to take etc... I don’t mind taking pictures and doing all the work. Just communicate the process to me at least! 5. I was supposed get a $10 reimbursement for the parking charge since they left the parking lot ticket in the car for me to pay on exit. I still never got reimbursed. Question for the owner of CurbSyde... How do you expect to have happy repeat customers that return to help your business grow? Are you just targeting one time customers that never use your service again? Or are you looking for repeat customers?

STAY AWAY from these guys. Slumlord service. Rented a car. An Hour late and stalling over text. Got to car. Wrong car, different license plate # (HUGE insurance red flag). Turo said host never contacted them about car swapping. Host called and said the other car ran out of oil? (Wtf). “Swapped” Car was Damaged all over the place. Scratches, dents, dings, paint missing, scapes, sun damage all over the place, bumper was halfway missing, weather stripping falling apart (didn’t even enter vehicle at this point). Host offered me 10% off my trip to accept this piece of crap they bait and switched me with. 5 bucks. Or said i can cancel. Offered no additional car (i checked. They had more cars available). So these lazy idiots didn’t even wanna make it right. SlumLord tactics. Turo already knows about this incident. Not the first, not the last with these trashy people. I’ll be contacting Kyle (last name redacted) the Founder/CEO of curbsyde. This isn’t how someone runs a business for you. Straight outta the junkyard!

Everything great aside from the alarm going off as I turn the car on. I texted them to let them know and they did get back to me pretty quick and fixed the problem. If it wasn’t so hot outside it wouldn’t have been to bad. But overall good deal!
