No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants or there will be $150 cleaning fee assessed.

Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
The factory GPS is built-in.
Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Car had inside damage to seatbelt panel and side seat panel hitting me in the head and arm entire time. Screen beeps every 60 seconds can’t even listen to music. Computer malfunction almost caused me to get in a accident and had to pull over and get car towed. Car was given to me dirty and host hard to reach.
