This is to ensure every guest receive a nice, clean, and sanitized vehicle every time. Our goal is to minimize exposure during this pandemic. Something you want? Guidelines
No pets, smoking, or consumption of alcohol allowed inside vehicle. ***WARNING*** - SMOKING IN THE CAR IS EXTREMELY PROHIBITED. IF CAR SMELL OF CIGARETTE, MARIJUANA, WEED OR SIMILAR, A FINE OF $250 WILL BE CHARGED TO THE RENTAL. THANK YOU! *No Pets. If signs of a pet was inside the car, there may be a $250 clean up fee added to this rental. *Delivery on the airport after 10:00 p.m or before 8:00 a.m will result with the car being parked at the "Fast Park & Relax" airport parking lot and rideshare at both George Bush airport (IAH) or Hobby airport (HOU). Details for pickup will be sent once car is reserved for airport pickup. * At this time, the car does not have a toll tag. All tolls will be charged to your credit card after all tolls are received. * Keep the car clean to avoid extra cleaning charges. up to $50. * Car traveled outside of Texas will require extra fees. * Key replacement will start at $175 depending on vehicle. So, take good care of the keys - You will receive car with a full tank of gas, please return with a full tank of gas. - If you don't return it with a full tank, you will be charged the remainder plus $10. - I don't mind if you eat or drink in the car. Just clean up after yourself, please. - A cleaning fee will apply if returned dirty with excessive trash. - Please do not lose the key. - Please do not smoke in the car. - Sorry, no pets! If you plan on driving long distances on highways, keep in mind there are many flying bugs in Texas and the front of your rental will be covered with bugs by the end of your trip. I’d recommend choosing the extra Post-Trip Cleaning option, as it will save you some money as opposed to being charged a cleaning fee at the end of your trip.

Turo charges a hefty late fee which we have no control over. If you know you might be late please request an extension thru the app.
