Guidelines
+DELIVERY: We can deliver to George Bush International Airport (IAH) for an additional delivery fee and there is a one time airport parking fee to be paid after leaving the parking area (we can reimburse you for this fee). This service includes a free shuttle from all terminals when picking up the car and also when dropping it off. We also offer deliveries to certain areas of Houston (see Location & Delivery section for more details). +FUEL LEVEL: Return the car with the gas tank fully refilled, just as it was received. If the tank is not returned full upon return, there will be a $10 convenience fee + the cost of gas. +TOLL USAGE: All cars have an EZ-TAG for you to cross tolls at your convenience. After the trip, we will request a reimbursement for the toll roads you utilized. + MILEAGE: Every trip has LIMITED mileage (check your specific reservation for more details). If the mileage is exceeded, we will charge a a small fee for every excess mile within 24-48 hours. + DO NOT: There is NO smoking and NO pets allowed. All of our cars are free of smoking and pets. + QUESTIONS? Please send us a message, day or night. The air was not working in 110° weather, everything else was fine.

Trinity, Once again, thank you for the giving us the opportunity to serve you. You are correct, the weather in Houston has been extremely hot. We always have vehicles to swap if there are legitimate concerns about a vehicle. It is interesting to hear that you drove the vehicle for the entire duration of your trip with the Air not working and the temp being 110. Please always let us know your concerns because it could be as easy as assisting with technical challenges with the ac control.

The pick was easy and quick!! Communication was amazing I had to extend it last minute and it was handled fast and communicated well so try me. The car was clean nothing broken everything worked perfect and it rose amazing I usually don’t like small cars but this was so perfect ! Let’s not forget how amazing it is in gas a entire day didn’t even take me to half I was shocked! Amazing will be renting again soon!!
