PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: The car will be available for pickup at a location in Southwest Houston. The address will be sent to you on the day of the trip. If you pick up the car at our location, there will be no extra charge. We offer vehicle delivery to different locations, for which there will be an additional fee dependent upon the distance from our location (these locations include guest indicated location, William P. Hobby Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and various hotels in the Houston area). RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: -The vehicle must be dropped off ON TIME at our location unless otherwise indicated. If the vehicle is not returned 10 minutes after the official end time of the reservation, there will be a $10 charge for every 10 minutes the vehicle is returned late. Charges will be prorated to the amount of time. -The vehicle is provided to you with fuel. It is expected to be returned with an equal amount of fuel. Fuel will be charged with an additional inconvenience fee of $10, along with the invoice for the gas. The grade level for this car is premium gas (ONLY). -For your convenience, this vehicle is equipped with a toll tag. As soon as we receive the statement, we will request reimbursement. -The vehicle is provided to you with limited mileage. Every additional mile will be charged in accordance with the indicated fee on the reservation. -The vehicle is provided to you completely clean and sanitized, and it is expected to be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonably dirty, (determined by the service director) an additional cleaning fee will be charged. -The vehicle is provided to you free of pet hair and any smoke smell. If the car is found to have pet hair, or smell of smoke, (as determined by the service director) you will be charged an additional fee for cleaning.
