Drove the car for two days, on the third day I went down in the morning and it had a flat. They sent somebody to change the tire and the spare in the trunk underneath the cover also had a hole in it. Also found out the inside of the back tires were completely bald. Just glad they didn’t pop while on the freeways. Due to miscommunication on Turos part the tow truck never came and I was out of the car for the last three days including on my birthday. The host said multiple times they’d fully refund me for the inconvenience though. Host even confirmed with me two days after the trip they had just got off the phone with turo to get me the refund. Because of that I was willing to book with them again next time I go, but when I called turo to confirm I was getting a refund, they informed me the host never attempted to refund me only get her refund for the tow truck she paid out of pocket. Luckily turo processed my refund, but because of the flat out lies and dishonesty I wouldn’t recommend this host. Car was very nice except for the bald tires.
