Your car will be delivered at least at the level of 7/8 EV charge. To avoid an EV battery recharge fee, kindly return the car at same charge level as delivered, or select the available Pre-paid re-charge extra for hassle free EV return. *Never discharge the cars battery* You must leave at least 20 mi/10% of battery range at drop off. (Do not discharge the car battery, this will be a $500 fine. It compromises the integrity of the battery. **Warning notification will occur and you will not be able to drive the car and severely damages the integrity of the battery.) 3. The car will need to be in the same clean condition (washed and vacuumed) as when it was delivered to avoid a cleaning fee. You can also return the car hassle free by prepaying cleaning for $75/trip by selecting "Pet Fee" from the available extras. All guests are required to show proof of auto coverage to rent this vehicle regardless of the Turo Protection Plan selected. No exceptions.

• Where can I charge the vehicle?

  There is currently ONE Tesla supercharger location on island. Tesla Supercharging fees will be charged to our account and will be invoiced at the end of your trip. Most major hotels provide charging options and there are many free charging stations on the island. Download either 'PlugShare', 'ChargePoint' or 'Volta Charging' apps to find locations of charging stations. In Waikiki, there are charging stations at International Marketplace and there are charging stations at Ala Moana mall, Whole Foods, and South Shore Market. The vehicle will be provided with 200+ miles of range at the time of pickup. Please do not let the vehicle fall below 40 miles of range to avoid a $250 fee. This will potentially damage the battery. Please make charging arrangements before picking up the vehicle.
