Violation of Turo's policies for no smoking🚭, odors🦨, pet hair🐶, food🍟, spills🥤, stains🤢, mud⛰️, sunscreen lotion🧴, or excessive sand🏖️ will be assessed at Turo's discretion. 🏝Sand and Sunscreen policy: Sand is extremely difficult and time consuming to vacuum out of upholstery and crevices. Please kokua and dust any sand on your clothing, skin, and personal items before you enter the vehicle. Sunscreen lotion will stain the interior white and is very difficult to remove. Please kokua and wear clothing or use a towel if you are using sunscreen lotion. ⚠️Excessive amounts of sand, dirt, and sunscreen stains all over the seats, dash, door, etc. may be assessed cleaning fees based on Turo’s cleaning policies if the prepaid $50 “beach gear” extra which includes sand and sunscreen removal is not selected prior to trip start. Please be careful not to damage the wheels. Refinishing a wheel costs $200 each. All vehicles are equipped with tracking, monitoring, and recording devices for my protection in case of the unlikely event of theft, vandalism, or collision. Tampering with these devices will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. All of Turo's policies and terms of service will apply. • Where can I charge the Tesla?

  Many hotels have electric vehicle charging stations in their self parking lot. That would be the most convenient, as you will be able to fully charge overnight while you sleep. I recommend to download the Plugshare, Volta, and ChargePoint apps to see a list of all available public charging stations around the island. International Marketplace in the middle of Waikiki has 4 Volta Chargers, 4 ChargePoint chargers, and 12 Tesla chargers. Volta charger has time limits. ChargePoint and Tesla chargers have no time limit and will fully charge overnight. Tesla Supercharger is located in the back of Pearlridge Shopping Center, lower level. Charges to 90% in about 30 mins. Must move vehicle as soon as charging is complete to avoid $1 per minute idle fee. No adapter needed. 98-130 Pali Momi St, Aiea, HI 96701 On the Plugshare app, all of the orange stations are the Hawaiian Electric fast charging stations which charges the Tesla 150 miles in 30 minutes and requires the $25 fast charging adapter. https://www.hawaiianelectric.com/products-and-services/electric-vehicles/fast-charging/fast-charging-locations The Volta app shows all free chargers available at major shopping malls, but usually have a 2-4 hour time limit and charges 25 miles per hour.

• Will you deliver the vehicle to me?

  Definitely! I can deliver and pick up the vehicle to you within 10 miles from Downtown Honolulu, including Waikiki for a fee of $80, HNL Airport, Aulani, or Four Seasons for $120. You can also leave the vehicle at the airport parking lot for return for a fee of $60 (one way trip extra). Simply enter your delivery address when you book!

• Will the vehicle be fully cleaned and disinfected?

  Definitely! I will make sure the vehicle will be cleaned and the entire interior will be wiped down with Clorox disinfecting wipes and Adam’s Interior Cleaner with Microban technology. I will also provide a bottle of hand sanitizer for you to use during your trip! Microban protection inhibits the growth of microorganisms that cause stains, odors and product degradation. When microbes come in contact with the product surface, Microban protection penetrates the cell wall of the microorganism and disrupts cell reproduction.

• Do I have to clean the vehicle before returning?

  🧼NO CLEANING FEE!* *Please help the next guest enjoy 🥳 this brand new Tesla as much as you did. Normal amounts of dirtiness is expected with normal use. You do not have to clean the car before returning😄 as long as the car was not excessively trashed or abused. Violation of Turo's policies for no smoking🚭, odors🦨, pet hair🐶, food🍟, spills🥤, stains🤢, mud⛰️, sunscreen lotion🧴, or excessive sand🏖️ will be assessed at Turo's discretion.

• Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in order to help keep the condition of the vehicle as close to new as possible. Also, some people have allergies to pets.

• Could I return the vehicle at HNL Airport?

  Sure! You can drive yourself to the airport and save yourself the hassle of waiting a long time for an Uber/Lyft/taxi ride. Choose the $60 one way trip extra when booking. Simply park the car in the airport terminal, complete the checkout process on Turo, and send me a picture of where you parked. Please let me know if this will cause you to return later than scheduled so there is no conflicts with other bookings.
