This vehicle is a gas sipper and rides perfectly. 🛬 Pickups / Drop offs 🛫 ✅ HNL – We are NOT able to pickup or dropoff at the airport. We are located between the airport and Waikiki. We are about 15-20 minutes away and Uber or Lyft would only be around $25 ride each way. We do not do any deliveries or pickups. The GPS is not a built in GPS, GPS are rented separately just as you would do on a baby seat.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat

This car was dirty and had many mechanical issues. When brought up to the local staff, was told nothing could be done. That I would have to reach out to the LA office LA office said nothing to be done now, that should have brought my issues with the car up to the local staff.

This place is legit. Pickup and drop off are super easy. Easier than a rental I would say. And the price is very reasonable.
