Guidelines

Please respect our vehicle and please READ and Follow the guidelines below to avoid any penalty fees and last min frustrations. •Please return with the same Gas level as it was given to you. For missing gas Turo will charge a $10 convenience fee plus the cost of the missing gas. •We charge for cleaning if returned not cleaned as it was delivered to you. $50 penalty. why so much? because it takes us extra time/effort to rush everything before the next renter arrives. We recommend you select our "Post-Trip Cleaning $35" if you know you don't have the time to clean it before returning the car. •Sand, Stains cleaning fees up to $250 if it requires professional cleaning (Turo Policy) The best way to avoid getting sand in the car is not to hop in with wet / sandy swimsuits, towels, shoes, and hair. AND Do not eat or drink in the car. Spills and crumbs WILL attract ants and roaches as well as cause permanent stains. Turo's cleaning fees will apply accordingly. •We charge if you return the car later than your return trip time. (Turo Policy) •Our business hrs are Mon - Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-5pm. •For pickup and drop off during non-business hours. Please contact us in advance and we will make arrangements for you. •If damaged or lost, child seats cost $90, booster seats $35, bodyboard $35. •Be careful where you park or you may be ticketed and towed. If you do not take care of the ticket, there will be Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees on top of the ticket cost and will be charged to your card automatically by Turo. Some tow yards require me to physically be there to retrieve the vehicle, I will NOT be able to get the car out of the tow yard right away. Rental Policies: •Only Turo.com-approved drivers may drive the vehicle. •Prohibited driving on any gravel road or red dirt area. •NO SMOKING & NO PETS

  • Is there smoking permitted in the car?

    Smoking, vaping or any type of marijuana smell is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the vehicle. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge the maximum amount for detail and cleaning services.

  • Do you offer car seats and any other amenities?

    We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. o Cooers o Booster Seat o Infant Seat o Body Board We will try our best to accommodate any requests within Turo's policy.

  • Can we pick up the car early?

    Unfortunately, due to the Turo insurance coverage policy, to better protect you and myself the answer will be "no".

Car was reliable! Trusty ol' civic, you know it won't break down on you. Albeit, a really minor smell, but nothing too big of a deal. Sam is the man, came out at 10PM to make sure the car transfer was smooth. Seriously kind guy.
