This was the best car I’ve rented on Turo to date! Takashi made the pick up and drop off so easy. The car is a blast to drive around the island and such a smooth drive. My only regret is not renting this for my entire trip!

Siraj was extremely professional and very helpful with answering any questions I had in a prompt and friendly manner. The Tesla Model 3 was in perfect condition and fully charged upon pickup, ready to drive anywhere on Oahu. I would highly recommend purchasing the option to return the vehicle without a full recharge as it will take at least 10 hours of 200V charging (shopping center or 240V charging) to recharge the battery. I purchased this plan for piece of mind and still tried to charge the Model 3 whenever possible. Also keep in mind that this is Siraj’s personal car and not just any old rental. I ensured to treat this vehicle as if it were my own. If you are looking to be environmentally responsible on your vacation or if you are simply interested in the Tesla brand, I would highly recommend giving this car a try! I’ve already ordered my own Tesla Model 3 after renting this car and can’t wait to have one of my own!

The was great and zippy. Surprisingly, we fit comfortably 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. It’s great on gas too. The best part is the owner - Ray was GREAT! He even dropped me off at my hotel when I returned the car - he was amazing!! He has quite a few cars so rent from him!!

Everything was as described and as expected. James's Mustang is the best choice for Hawaii - it was real exploring of tropical island, i.e. full immersion in the environment. We got what we needed - powerful red convertible with automatic transmission at a reasonable price, whole days driven with open top on beautiful beaches and parks of Oahu. And also complimentary drop-off to airport from James was final bonus. Thanks a lot to James for cooperation and making our stay enjoyable. Definitely would rent again if will be in Honolulu in future.

Maithy was outstanding! She was very responsive throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is the best host I’ve ever rented from. The car was sparkling clean and ran great. We saved a lot on gas and had plenty of room.

It started off rocky but gabriele and reggie were awesome hosts and helped us whenever we needed. I would definitely rent get a car through them again. Just maybe a different model. Lol

The Porsche was really fun to drive, it makes you feel like a rock star, and it’s a stick shift too! My only regret is that I didn’t rent it for my entire trip. If you’re thinking about it, and you like cars, just go for it and rent it. You’ll be glad you did. Also Ray is great to work with. I’ll go to him for my next stick shift car rental next time I’m in town.

Car was very fun and the owners were incredibly accommodating - they made my first Turo experience a very positive one. Thank you! Make sure renters plan extra time for cleaning before you return the vehicle - especially if you aren’t familiar getting around the island. You’re gonna track sand even if you think you wont. These guys aren’t Enterprise and if you don’t return the car clean they need to do it themselves between renters.

Don was great to work with. Great communication, we got into town early and he got the car cleaned and delivered to us at the perfect time. He helped us get to the airport on the last day. Dave made drop off and pick up super easy, and really took the time to familiarize me with all the features, including the AutoPilot and different driving modes. He also threw in some excellent guides on places to explore around the island that I’ll hold onto throughout the rest of my trip. Highly recommended!

Xiao is a great Turo host! He will pick you up and drop you off at the airport for FREE. He was more than happy to do that for me, and he's friendly, he likes to get to know his renters and make sure they have a great experience. He was extremely responsive, and accommodating during the trip. The car is very nice, clean, feels new, drives well, and has nice touches like rain guards over the windows (so you can have the windows cracked but not get wet) and a great sound system. I would definitely rent Xiao's Prius again.

Had a great time exploring the North Shore with our rental! Pickup and drop off was easy- car had a little sand in it when we picked it up but it was fairly clean. It’s great on gas too, we used less than half a tank to get from Waikiki to North Shore and back.

Corey was great to deal with. He was communicative and answered all my questions. He also referred me to a great surf instructor that showed me how to surf Car was in great condition and a pleasure to drive. Steering is absolutely amazing on this car and having the top down added to the experience. Highly recommend renting from Cory

10/10. Jayson was amazing! It’s my first time using Turo, so I didn’t know what to expect, but Jaysons service made me like using the app vs other car rental companies. Jayson picked my partner and I at the airport and he made sure everything was working in the car before he handed it off to me(brakes, roof, signals,bluetooth, etc). Since it’s our first time in Oahu, Jayson shared a loooong list of hikes, lookouts, bars and restaurants to visit! His recommendations were on point - felt like a local:) Also, I had a few questions here and there and he never missed to answer the phone. Overall, Jayson will take care of you!

I was very satisfied with this car rental - they offer airport curbside delivery (you need to take a shuttle to the regular airport car rental agencies otherwise and it would be inconvenient to have to take ALL your luggage on and off the shuttles), affordable rate, and a clean fuel-efficient car. At the end of the trip, I was dropped off at the airport departure terminal - the pick up and drop off made my trip so easy! If you are in Honolulu, I definitely recommend renting a car from Ally. Our experience with Luciano was great. We had a leak in the tire during the trip and Luciano met us within an hour and fixed it the pick up and delivery went very well. It’s an easy way to rent a car. We will rent from Luciano next year. We highly recommend him.

Great experience with this trip, owners are very knowledgeable and professional. It was nice to deal with a small family rental company for a change, multiple private turo owners have cancelled on me last minute because they needed their car. Not something I would worry about here. I definitely recommend the chademo adapter add on. While there are plenty of chargers on the island to keep you going, most don’t give you much unless you can leave it connected for 3-4 hours. The upgrade adapter will fully charge the battery in about 30 minutes. As for the car itself, it was very clean, drove wonderfully, and in perfect shape. The full self driving features were fun to try out and the navigation is easy to use. My wife and I both enjoyed trying out a Tesla and will be sure to book with Jeremy and Amy in the future.

I had the opportunity to rent this Model 3 twice over the past couple weekends, and Dan is an excellent host! The car is flawless with a ton of convenient and fun features. The white interior is beautiful and the car has extremely nice liners throughout. Dan made delivery and pick-up of the car to my hotel super easy and was always highly responsive. He included cleaning materials in the car itself unlike many other hosts so that an extra cleaning charge wasn’t necessary. He showed me the car features when he first arrived and helped direct me toward fast chargers around the island, even programming one remotely right into the GPS while I was at dinner (pretty cool!). I also unfortunately backed into a curb, slightly scuffing a wheel. He was very understanding, which was much appreciated. He also saved me from getting a parking ticket by noticing I had parked near the canal on a Monday morning. Can’t recommend this car or Dan highly enough!!

Chris and his girlfriend were very friendly and even took us to the airport after we dropped off the car. I learned more about the life in Hawaii while talking to his girlfriend! As far as the car goes, it is very reliable and is super duper great with gas! We used 1 tank in 6 days and that’s with driving all over the island. The AC also gets cold quickly, which is perfect for the hot weather in Hawaii. The only minor con about the car is that it charges your phone very slow. Other than that, no issues and we will definitely rent from them again when we visit in the future. Thanks guys!

Velvet burgundy was the perfect car to explore Oahu in! We had a great time driving around the island with the top down. The car was extremely clean and well taken care of. We had no issues at all. We drove around to northshore and around and caught the sunset on the west side and cost only 12 bucks. The drop top is definitely the play for Hawaii. Loved that it’s a hardtop on top of that! Belongings felt safe and was able to provide my sister and her friend the best first day in Hawaii! Thanks Ray for the waterfall suggestion I didn’t find anywhere else. That was an amazing hike and waterfall to reach. And I paid the $20 upfront for the post clean as we hit several beaches. Just do it!
