I had a really great experience with the car. I was an hour and 30 minutes from the car and Raynell was nice enough to accommodate by pushing my time back 30 minutes in order for me to have a full hour instead of cutting from my time. He washed and filled the car an hour before my appointment time. To ensure the cleanliness which is a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking to rent this car to DO IT. You won’t be disappointed .

If I could give Roberto 10 stars I would. Amazing 1 on 1 customer service from beginning to the end. Cara was in immaculate condition, super clean and he is super fast responding. I had to rescheduled my return time and with no issues Roberto helped me out. Most definitely would rent from him again

This guy went above and beyond with his customer service skills....highly recommend him. Real accurate with all the details on renting the vehicle and how it drives. The vehicle was a great option, especially it being stick shift, got to really feel for it. But again, the car was great and all but I loved how great Geniber communication skills and professionalism came in hand. Will definitely rent from him again.
