  • What are the steps when reporting an accident?

    Step 1: Immediately call 911 and wait for the police officers. Step 2: During this time, please call Turo (1-415-965-4525). A representative will guide you through the process of reporting the incident. Step 3: Message us to inform us of the situation. ***NOTE: In the glove compartment you will find the a) Car Sharing Agreement b) Turo Incident Card c) the vehicle Registration Card***

  • What happens after my booking dates are confirmed?

    Once your booking dates are confirmed, I will message you on the platform the day prior to your trip start date and give you a rundown on what to expect on your first booking date before the vehicle is released to you.

  • Where do I upload my license for you to verify?

    Please upload a photo of the Front & Back of your unexpired Driver License, along with a clear selfie of you holding your license to the 'Trip Photos' section. Otherwise, you can bring your driver license and we can take care of this step at pickup.

  • I need roadside assistance, who do I contact first, host or Turo?

    Step 1: Contact Turo at 1-415-965-4525. A representative will assist you. Step 2: Please send us a detailed message informing us of the situation. ***NOTE: In the glove compartment you will find the a) Car Sharing Agreement b) Turo Incident Card c) the vehicle Registration Card***

  • What happens if I am late dropping off the vehicle?

    Whether this is an in-person or contactless drop-off, always keep in contact with us and communicate any changes as so as possible so we can coordinate accordingly. Please beware that an additional charge may apply.

  • This is my first time renting from Turo. What should I do to prepare for my trip?

This was an excellent option for me to rent a vehicle and was absolutely the most convenient rental car I have ever had. Portia picked me up at my house and arranged an easy drop off location very nearby. The car and her communication and service exceeded my expectations.
