Kyndra was a fabulous host! She emailed me back within 5 minutes when I had short notice to give on an urgent need for a vehicle while mine was being reported . Amazing, just remember to bring a cigaret lighter-usb adapter to charge your phone. The car has a USB port but is kinda slow. Everything else was perfection, and this car is a solid deal. Owner is great as well. If your looking for a review to tell you to pick this Alcaraz or not, this review is telling you to do it.

Rented the Chevy Sonic Turbo. Perfect car to scoot around town on the weekend. Actual renting process was flawless. Was able to bump into him @ pickup, very nice host. 11/10 would recommend :)
Great car!! Took it to Crested Butte which took a little planning (in order to manage charging) but all quite manageable. Matt was very easy to work with and very responsive with questions that I had. Definitely would use again.
