Our goal is to make sure every guest has a pleasant experience with Turo and our cars. In order to do so, the following must be adhered to: 1) Please make sure you have your Drivers License with you at the time of pick-up/delivery. If pick-up contactless, you will need to upload a close up picture of your Drivers License AND a selfie holding your Drivers License next to your face. This must be done within 24 hours or less of the start of your trip (not sooner) - this is a Turo policy 2) Please make sure to return the car in the same condition in which you received it, if not a MINIMUM cleaning fee of $25 will be charged. 3)Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. If smoke is detected, there will a $250 fee charged. NO EXCEPTIONS. 4) NO PETS allowed. Remember some people are allergic to them. If there are pet hairs in the car, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. 5) Please remember to refuel or there will be a fuel reimbursement fee charged. 6) LATE RETURNS If you are running late, please request an extension to avoid a late return fee and additional use fee. As long as there is not another trip scheduled right away, we will honor your extension. The sooner you let us know, the better we can accommodate you.
