Car was sanitized and handoff was very straightforward. P was flexible with my sudden time situation. Car itself is very nice. The polestar and the Pilot Assist packages are a big plus.
Everything about my trip was great! Car was clean and nice to drive. Communication with Leo was on the top level. Easy pick up and drop off. I would recommend Leo’s car to everyone and would definitely rent it again myself!
Leo was very courteous and professional throughout the whole trip. The Civic was freshly washed and cleaned when I picked it up, and he left very detailed instructions to make the return as smooth as possible. The car itself was fun to drive and a comfortable ride thanks to features like a moonroof and Apple CarPlay. I would definitely rent from Leo again if the opportunity comes up!

Alan is a great host and his Honda is awesome! Such a smooth ride and very easy check in/check out process.
