Where is Hanover, MD and is it near the airport?
Hanover is a community located less than 15 minutes from the airport and where Arundel Mills Mall and Live Casino are located. SAVE MONEY: If you want to avoid paying airport delivery fees you can taxi/Uber/Lyft from airport and pick up the car here in Hanover, MD instead.
How does airport delivery work?
NOTE: There is a $8 airport parking fee the renter is responsible for paying when exiting the parking lot. The car will be parked in Long Term Parking Lot A of the BWI Airport. The address is 7160 Aviation Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21240. There is a FREE shuttle that takes you to the parking lot. I will send you a picture of where the car is parked and with as much location specific detail as possible. Shuttle runs to this parking lot to and from the airport terminals every 8-10 minutes. Tolls and EZ-pass?
This car comes equipped with an EZ-pass transponder. You’re (the guest) responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred while using a host’s transponder device. If you fail to pay a toll within the allotted timeframe, you may be responsible for escalated charges.
How does the lockbox work when doing contactless check-in/check-out?
1. Enter the code/combo I send in separate message to you 2. Pull down the top tab after entering code to open lockbox, then retrieve car key. 3. Lower window half way and slide up lockbox from window and store in trunk until checkout time *** Video instructions here ***: turobwi.com Do the inverse when checking out and make sure lockbox is closed. *** Must enter code/combo to close the lockbox ***

The rental process with Randy was easy and he was on point with the communication. The car was clean, practically brand new, had very nice pick up and was exactly what we needed during our visit with our son attending Air Force tech school in Maryland. I would rent from him again.

The rental process with Randy was easy and he was on point with the communication. The car was clean, practically brand new, had very nice pick up and was exactly what we needed during our visit with our son attending Air Force tech school in Maryland. I would rent from him again.
