Guidelines
Please, upon leaving the car make sure the car is in similar condition as during pick up/delivery. Please refuel the vehicle only with premium-grade gas (91). Keep fuel receipts under the armrest. NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco or marijuana). NO PETS. Upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, sand, mud, bad smell, smoke, or Marijuana removal charge a $250 fee. The car will be photographed before and after every trip to ensure its condition of the car. Any noticeable scrapes or dents will incur a repair fee. Any curb rash on the wheels will incur a $165 fee. These wheels are very large so please be careful when parking (the car has parking sensors) Please be respectful and take care of the car as it is yours. Thank you!

Need to pick up the car early?
Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.

Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulation.
Can I let someone else drive the car?
Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their valid driver's license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage
What if there is damage to the vehicle or get information about the accident?
Please notify me of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. I appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.
