PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATION ADDRESS: Home location 3111 Yanceyville Street, Greensboro, NC 27405 Airport “Delivery Fee May Be apply” 1000 Ted Johnson Pkwy, Greensboro, NC 27409 ----------- PICK UP DETAILS ----------- Please text or call us when you are 15 minutes from arriving and a member of our team will be waiting for you to verify your identification and provide you with keys/fobs to the vehicle. The process should take 1 minute. We made it fast and simple for your convenience! ----------- RETURN DETAILS ----------- Please text or call us when you are 15 minutes from arriving and a member of our team will be waiting for you to accept the return of the vehicle. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as received including cleanliness. We offer Post-trip cleaning as an Extra service to make it easy for you! Please fill the gas back to the same level as when you received the vehicle or choose the option to prepay for fuel in the Extras menu. ---------- VEHICLE INSPECTION ---------- Upon delivery, inspect the vehicle for damages and take photos. We will let you know of any scratches or dents on the vehicle. We will always upload our own photos of the vehicle as well, which you can view too. ----------- RECHARGING POLICY ----------- This applies only to electric vehicles. You can recharge during your trip at a supercharger station and I’ll request that amount on the back end through Turo. -------- TRIP EXTENSIONS/CHANGES -------- 1.) Go to the “Trip Details Tab” 2.) Click “Modify Trip” 3.) Change time, date, or location. 4.) Wait for us to approve the change. CARE CARE: Return car as you receive it. Please return vehicle in a clean rentable condition. RESERVATION TIME: Treat all times of reservation as strict, unless prearranged. ZERO-TOLERANCE: *Absolutely NO SMOKING (cigarettes, vape pens, etc.) *NO PETS allowed. In the event you return the vehicle and we notice the NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies were disregarded: you will incur a post-trip charge per Turo’s policies which can be viewed here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines .

Faqs

  • How is your vehicle maintenance?

    All oil changes, service intervals, tire rotations, tire conditions, and registrations are current and regularly performed. Your safety is a high priority.

  • AIRPORT PARKING

    Typically, there will be a $0 to $10 depending on the time of your arrival. You will be required to pay up to $10 to exit the airport.

  • TOLLS

    You will be prompted to reimburse us for any TOLL FEES. We will charge an additional processing fee of $2.50

  • Do I need to return the car washed when my rental is complete?

    No, you do not, unless it is covered in mud. When returning the car, be sure that it is clean enough to show no damage.

  • Will the car be disinfected?

    Yes, the car is disinfected per Turo's guidelines+ more.
