AJ was a very great and friendly host the entire time! Check in was easy and Communication was prompt. I always got a response in a very timely manner. this was my first actual rental through Turo... And it was incredibly impressive... First of all it was relatively last minute and I had just come from unsuccessfully renting a car at the airport because I had not established enough lead time ... I was familiar with the app and it considered renting previously but never had gone through with it and I was concerned because this particular time I actually did have a deadline to get the car so it was a bit concerned and almost went to another rental company because of that concern... but instead after I made the offer within a few minutes Mo the owner confirmed that I could pick it up within the hour... And I get there and I walk out with the key within 2 minutes... I did take a few minutes following the apps taking the before pictures which is a neat process because you line the front of the car up with a silhouette of the front of a car and then you go around the car as the app instructs you to do the next pic... but every other time that I stand at a counter of a major rental company it's at least 10 minutes going through the forms etc but on the app all that part was already done.... also at a very positive experience the day of return and ended up speaking at length to the owner who even gave me advice about the dynamics of having cars for rent on Turo... The next time I will start the process by first trying to rent through the app... this is another example of how peer-to-peer make the best transactions...
I enjoyed my experience with Toor, he always answered very quickly. Needed to extended my rent and return the car a day early since my car got out of the body shop; and he made the process really smooth. The car was great, I would definitely rent from him again.
Totally enjoyed! Obviously this vehicle is new and was amazingly clean properly maintained, sanitized, comfortable and spacious. My trip was to Florida yet wasn’t hard at al because this car was great on gas mileage; spent $70 round trip.

We had the car for a weekend trip out of Greensboro, and Jim was an excellent host - delivering the car right to the airport, then coordinating return that included him driving us back to the airport when we departed. The car was impeccably clean & well maintained.

Jin is pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond to messages. The car was clean and well-maintained. The trunk is extremely roomy and the seats are power adjustable. There was even a USB charger, already plugged in, which came in handy. When we realized we would need the car for two more days, she responded to our request, quickly. It was a pleasure renting from Jin.

His car is truly a great value. The fuel economy is impressive and it handles well. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the driver's legroom is generous enough for me at 6'-5".
