Great car and communicative host!

Tje worst rental experience I've ever had. We arrived on time but cannot find the car at the address. We called the owner several times and he finally answered but he couldn't speak English and didn't tell us how to find the car. We text him and hope he can use translate app to answer our question but he answered all our questions with "yes""perfect" and some other words we can not read. Then after 1 hour we finally find the car in another address which is far from the correct address and the plate number is different from the picture. Btw, the owner didn't confirm our driver license though we asked him to check and confirm several times, so we cannot start checkin process and can't get any instruction and we cannot confirm whether this is the car we rent.
We called customer service but the lady answered our call was also disappointing. She became impatient when she found that she cannot help us solve the problem. The most ridiculous thing was that she told us she cannot continue help us because she thought we take too much time and she said she had other guests to help and she tried to hang up the phone, but that's when she haven't solved our problems！Then after another half hour we finally get into the car and find the car was in bad condition, one tire only has 22 tire pressure. We asked her and she just told us to drive it.
Ridiculous trip. 1.5 hour delay. We miss the time to pick up friend in airport. I will not book with turo next time because this terrible experience and ridiculous customer service.

Great host and great car. I really enjoyed this ride. And the host really made it easy. He is easy to work with.
