Smoking Policy: Strictly Prohibited Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited in this vehicle. Turo enforces a minimum cleaning fee of $150 if any smell or evidence of smoking is detected in the interior. This rule is taken very seriously, so please respect it to avoid penalties. 2. Premium Fuel Only (91 Octane) This car requires premium-grade fuel (91 octane) for optimal performance. • You must keep receipts from your gas purchases as proof of compliance. • If the check engine light comes on during your rental and you cannot provide proof of using premium fuel, you will be held responsible for any resulting damages and downtime, as per Turo’s policies. • Using the correct fuel ensures the car runs smoothly and avoids unnecessary expenses for you. 3. Pet Policy Pets are NOT allowed in this vehicle under any circumstances, including in carriers or crates. • If any pet hair, odor, or other evidence of a pet is found in the car, a minimum cleaning fee of $150 will apply. • Exception: If you purchase the “Pet Fee” extra when booking, pets are allowed but must be in a secured, enclosed crate at all times during transport. 4. Cleanliness Turo allows renters to return vehicles without washing them. However, if the car is returned in a condition that is significantly dirtier than when it was handed over (based on “before” and “after” photos), you will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $150. • To avoid this fee, we strongly recommend returning the car in the same condition as when you picked it up. • If the car becomes dirty during your trip, a simple wash costing $10–$20 will save you the higher cleaning fee later. This is a fair and reasonable approach, so please return the car as clean as you received it. 5. Return Location Return the car to the exact location where you picked it up. • Be sure to take a photo of the car at the return spot, showing its surroundings, to ensure it is easy to locate. 6. Mileage Limits and Travel Restrictions • Stay within the mileage limit specified in your reservation to avoid overage fees. • Travel outside of California is prohibited unless you purchase the “Unlimited Mileage” extra. • For example, trips to Las Vegas or other states require this extra service. • Failure to purchase this option while traveling out of state will result in penalties. 7. Tolls, Tickets, and Parking The vehicle is not equipped with any toll passes. You are responsible for paying all tolls, parking fees, and traffic tickets incurred during your trip. • Any unpaid tolls, violations, or parking tickets will be directly associated with your license and driving record. • Please drive responsibly and park carefully to avoid additional expenses. Your Responsibility Matters While this guide is comprehensive, its goal is not to overwhelm but to ensure a stress-free rental experience for everyone. • Do I need to wash the car before returning it?

  Yes, if you return the car not clean both inside and outside, you will be charged for the cost of washing it plus additional fees.

• Can someone else drive the car?

  Yes, if you add them as a second driver on Turo, they will officially be allowed to drive the car.

• Can I extend the trip?

  Yes, you can extend the trip, but you need to do so in advance for it to be possible.

• How can I get free car delivery?

  Free delivery depends on the rental period you choose.

• Is it mandatory to select an additional service for a child car seat?

  We recommend selecting the additional service for a child car seat because it you install it yourself and damage the leather, fabric, or other parts of the interior, you will be responsible for the repair costs.

• Can I park the car on the street at night?

  We do not recommend it, because if any issues or damage arise, you will be held responsible.

• Can I give the keys to Valet Parking?

  Yes, you can give the keys for Valet Parking, but when you pick up the car, inspect it carefully because any damage will be your responsibility.
