This was a really nice, attractive, car! It handled great, had no mechanical issues, and was clean. I didn't take the time to bluetooth my phone to the car but, the stereo system was still nice. If you wanted to turn up your favorite song, you wouldn't be disappointed in the sound. The only minute issue with the car would be the leather seats. I'm not use to my butt sliding around in a seat. Lol. Here's why you should rent Brett's car: He made this car very easy to rent. I was able to rent it with my debit card. I didn't have to have a utility bill which, if you're renting with others, can be an issue if the utility bill is under another roommate's account. I didn't have to show proof of a return airline ticket. I didn't have that airport luxury tax included into the cost of my rental. The car was super easy to pick up and drop off. My rental agent, Brett, was very friendly AND didn't make me wait in a 1.5+ hr rental line to pick up my car or drop it off. And, this was clean, attractive, and nice to drive, very roomy. I'd definitely recommend renting both through Turo and with Brett again. You'll save yourself time, money, hassles, and stress. That's the way renting a car should be!
Tom was responsive, thorough, and easy to work with before/during, and after my 7-day rental period. This Tesla Model 3 is better than advertised, and in person, it didn't feel more days old. The car and service provided by Michael was amazing! It was the best experience so far on Turo. The car was exactly as described and present in the photos and Michael was more than accommodating the entire time. I can’t express how great of an experience it was. You wouldn’t get the same level of service from a car rental company honestly. He far out preforms enterprise, hertz or any of the big name rental companies. I highly recommend Michael and any of his vehicles. He’ll go out of his way to ensure you have what you need and throw in extras wherever he can. I’ll be renting from him every time I go to Phoenix, I don’t plan to look beyond him.

I rented the car from Liah for a little under a month. During that time the communication to and from Liah was amazing and always responsive even if it was at the last minute. The prices were very reasonable and if I need to rent again I will definitely choose Liah as a host again.

Easy pick up/drop off, very quick communication from Jzendra. Only thing was that the key fob battery was out so had to manually open and close the doors

The car is awesome, seriously drives really well, Matt is really nice and he let me extend my trip like 4 times and at one point got a flat tire on the freeway. He was very helpful. I had some issues arise and unfortunately brought his car back about 3 hours late. He was not rude at all just checked in with me. Great car to ride around in a while.
One of my most enjoyable Turo experiences to date. It's interactions like this that keep me coming to Turo over other vehicle/transportation options. This was my first time using Turo......soI had “my concerns” being something totally new. As far as my Host, Elliot......he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’ll use him again if I get into another “pickle”, needing to rent a car at a GREAT PRICE!!! In regards to the “Turo Platform”, I’d say there’s MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. I could tell, my Host/Elliot took way too much unnecessary time to make my “rental experience” with HIM a POSITIVE ONE........IF it wasn’t for his CARE or CONCERN, I can only imagine how frustrated I may have become!🤦♂️

This was my first Turo experience and I was very impressed by Jared friendliness and rental experience. He had the car out front, all clean and ready to go. I rented Kimberly‘s car while having my engine replaced in my own car. The car is very clean with great gas mileage. Pick up and drop off were completely contactless. She was very flexible when I needed to extend my trip two times because my car was not complete from the mechanic yet. I will definitely be renting from Kimberly Again given the opportunity.

There’s no words to describe how great of a host Jon was! He gave me a quick tutorial for driving the Tesla. And he was very nice and quick with responding if you had any questions. Also, for being a first time Tesla driver the car itself is awesome! Very clean & everything you can ask for when renting a car. I look forward renting from Jon again in future!

Easiest rental through Turo I've ever had. Car was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. He gave me a tutorial of all the essential functions and was willing to help if any issues occurred (none did). Car rode like a dream and prepared me for getting my own Tesla later. I'll definitely be renting from him again.

Anthony was by far the best Turo Host I’ve worked with so far. His car was immaculate on the inside, freshly washed & all gassed up when I received it. The day I was due to return it, i hadn’t slept at all so he was extremely flexible with me when it came to adjusting my times in the Turo reservation system which I was extremely grateful for. The car was in great condition & Anthony was a dream to rent from! He’s an absolute pleasure to work with. Will definitely use next time, since they’re so close to my house
