    Yes! If you would like to extend your trip please modify your trip in the Turo app and we will approve it right away.

  • Can I still have my vehicle delivered to LAX even if I can't select LAX as a pick-up or drop-off location?

    Yes! We have our own LAX lot we use which is NOT affected by the new LAX regulation which is what we have always used for our LAX trips. There is a free shuttle that takes you directly from your shuttle to our LAX lot & back.

I initially spoke with someone who told me that the only issue I’d have is that the key fob to the car would need to be near the center console. When I got there, I had no idea why the key was separated from the key fob and had to reach out for clear directions as to how to start the vehicle. The key fob actually had to sit in the arm rest for the car to start. The display cut off several times causing the cars radio to stop playing. We received constant alerts that the air pressure was low or there was an issue with the sensor. Along with, the constant remainder that the key fob was not in the car which made the rides extremely annoying. I would not recommend this vehicle in particular until the repairs necessary have been made. I was told that the tire sensor had just been replaced so maybe it had not calibrated ,yet the entire 4 days I received alerts and dinging that there was an issue with the tire. I made all of these issues aware to the company they did not offer and solution or compensation for the inconvenience.

We notified the guest that the key needed to be placed on the center console for the push-to-start to function, as the previous guest had damaged the key and we had ordered a new key which had not arrived yet. We were very clear beforehand and the guest agreed to the booking before we confirmed just so we were both on the same page. We weren't aware of any previous issues with the vehicle from previous guests but have since had the vehicle serviced just in case as well as have a brand new key.
