Above and beyond service, and beautiful car. Kunal made sure we got the car even when he had to work late and couldn't make the drop off, his dad met us instead. The car was clean, nice smelling and great to drive. A day later, a hurricane coming in made us unexpectedly scramble for an earlier flight. Kunal looked into flight options for us unasked, and returned my texts at 7am when we had to arrange an early drop off. He and his dad came to EWR immediately at 8am an hour later, and we dropped off the car with them stress free. Great hosts and we will certainly look them up again next time we're in NY!
