The car was clean and easy to pick up. I did however run into an issue during my trip when the car battery died due to it being old. Turo was really fast at fixing it but I do wish the communication between Turo and island rides could be better. But overall still a great company and island rides is quick to reply to me.

Great service. We walked out of the airport and found our car immediately. 5 minutes later, we were leaving the airport and my fellow travellers were just getting into line at the car rental place. 8-)

This was our first time booking through turo and island rides. Car was spacious, clean, and worked for our family and what we were needing it for. My only complaint would be communication with Island Rides. We had an issue with the car a couple days into the trip and I never heard from them. We then got it to work again ourselves and I messaged them, but still never heard back. Other than that, we were happy with our rental.
