I am excited to rent out my vehicles to the Turo community, I will do everything possible in my power to make all our renters happy with their experience. I am committed to ensure a smooth experience from the moment you reserve one of our vehicles to the moment you return it. We believe in making things as simple and convenient as possible for everyone. We look forward to assisting you and having you become one of our many customers. All of our cars will be given in perfect condition, we take great pride in our selection of cars and hope we can cater to your car rental needs when needed. All our vehicles are immediately sanitized and inspected for quality satisfaction upon return. We take excellent care of our vehicles from the cosmetic aspect to the mechanical side. Guidelines

PLEASE READ, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, FAILURE TO READ COULD RESULT IN A CANCELLED RESERVATION: 1. All messages will be exchanged on Turo app and calls may be recorded for quality assurance. 2. You need to be 21+ and have a valid unexpired driver's license to rent our cars. 3. Only the person that booked the car is authorized to pick up and receive the car, you as the primary driver must be present at check in and check out, no exceptions. 4. As soon as your booking is confirmed please upload a photo of your driver's license and a photo of yourself holding the license so we can verify that the photo matches you as a primary driver. 5. All of our vehicles have a ‘SunPass’ tag, please don’t add our vehicle onto your Sunpass account, if you do, our Sunpass account will still be charged, resulting in a double charge on yours and ours. You will be responsible for reimbursing us those Sunpass Tolls. 6. Please pick up and return on time to prevent inconveniencing you or drivers renting after you, if you arrive after 30 minutes of your booking, we will consider you a no show, booking will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund, except for those bookings that will be delivered to the airport. 7. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas or there will be a USD85.00 refueling & inconvenience fee unless you purchase the Pre-Paid Refuel extra, also you are required to return the car clean, the way it was delivered. If the car is returned dirty you will be subject to pay up to USD155.00, unless you paid for the Post-Cleaning Extra. 8. No Smoking! Guest and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle in the Turo Marketplace, this smoking policy covers the use of but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers, a odor eliminator & inconvenience fee of USD250 will be charged. 9. You’re responsible for bridge or road tolls, parking tickets, towing costs, and moving violation tickets. *If you proactively pay a ticket, we won’t charge you a payment processing fee later, if not, an invoice will be sent to you after your trip. 10. A common damage among vehicles are the rims, bumpers and side mirrors, please give extra room when driving, cornering or parking. The repair of each of these parts has a cost and will be invoiced after your trip if the vehicle is returned with any damage. ABSOLUTELY NO RACING. NO DRIFTING/BURNOUT, CONDITION OF TIRES DOCUMENTED. I am checking the tires after each rental to make sure they are safe for the next renter and will charge $250/tire if the previous renter damage or excessively wear the tires. 11. Please do not request to pick up earlier that the time of your booking, rental starts and end times are exact, your insurance will not be active until the rental starts, and ends at the moment you return the vehicle. 12. Remote Checking-In/Checking-Out Instructions: Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 6pm EST, if you are checking in outside of these hours the vehicle will be at the parking lot described when you book, with a lockbox attached to the driver window with the keys inside. Code will be provided after Driver License verification, and a picture of the car at its parking spot will also be uploaded. If you are checking-out outside of our business hours, you will be provided with a lockbox, when dropping off the car you need to park it at the same or next to the parking spot it was picked up, make sure the car is locked and attach the lockbox with the keys inside. Please upload a picture of the car parked. 13. We require a 2-day minimum for trips that starts Friday or Saturday. 14. Please keep the lockbox inside the car during your trip, do not lose it, or you will be charged a USD150.00 replacement fee. Please drive responsibly! ***Failure to comply with any of this rules will add fees, fines and negative reviews to your account.***

  • Do I need to wash or vacuum the vehicle before returning it?

    In a perfect world you would be able to return the car just as you received it. Things happen in the event that you are unable to clean the car prior to your return you will not be charged a fee as long as there is no Excessive cleaning needed. In the event that the car needs to be cleaned the renter will be charged a $39 cleaning fee at the end of your trip. You can always add the extra “post trip cleaning” to your trip for $29 and return the car as is.

  • Do I need to pay tolls?

    Yes, all tolls and ticket violation will be billed at the end of your trip. All of our vehicles have a ‘Sunpass’ tag, please don’t add our vehicle onto your Sunpass account, if you do, our Sunpass account will still be charged, resulting in a double charge on yours and ours. You will be responsible for reimbursing us those Sunpass Tolls.

  • Can I extend or modify my rental or trip?

    Yes. Click the “modify trip” button and trips and modified or extend based on the availability of the vehicle.

  • After my remote check-in, what should I do with the lockbox?

    You need to keep the provided lockbox inside the car, do not lose it, you will be charge USD150 for a replacement, also you will need it at the time of your check out to leave the keys after you park the car.

  • Can I smoke in the Vehicle?

    No. There will be a $250 fee charged to the driver at the end of the trip.

  • Do I refill need to fill the gas tank before returning the Car?

    You must return the car at the same gas level you rented it at. There will be a $20 charge plus the price of fuel. Or you can select the pre-paid refuel extra for $65, and return it as is.

  • Are there any late fees?

    Yes, things happen in life, but communication is key. Call and alert me of any trip changes and we can arrange for accommodations. Otherwise, a late fee will be charged at the end of your trip.

This was my first time using Turo and renting from Daniel was an absolutely seamless experience. I loved his little black Kia Soul (and so did the family members I was visiting). If/when I come back to Florida, I would definitely rent one of Daniel’s vehicles again.
