I had a fantastic trip to Portland in Michelle's Model 3. The car was clean, well maintained and had everything I needed for a roadtrip. She made it all very easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend her and her car.

This was my first Turo rental and it was flawless from start to finish! The car: This. Car. Is. Amazing. Everyone wanted a ride in it at some point on the trip. Super cool car, incredibly sexy and faaaaaaaaast. If you (like me) are considering buying a Tesla but haven’t had a chance to drive one, this is the way to go! It’s like driving the future. :) The owner: Not sure if she wants to keep her name off the listing, so I’ll just call her Dylan’s Mom here. She made the entire experience smooth and convenient. She picked me up from the airport, gave me a full tour of the car and how to use it all, answered multiple questions throughout my trip via text and s was incredibly flexible when I wanted to return the car a few hours later. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. The car is amazing. Dylan’s Mom is an incredible “host” and the price is fantastic. Stop looking and rent the car already. You won’t regret it. :)
Probably one of the most organized, smoothest, reliable, easiest turo rental I have ever experienced. Clean car and it’s contact- less transaction, car is well sanitized. If I’m visiting south washington again, I’m booking this again.
Michelle was great! She communicated prior to the trip and made sure we knew we can contact for any issues during the trip (none occurred but still great to know). The pick up and drop off was smooth and easy and the vehicle was in great condition. Really made us want to go get a Tesla after too :)

rented the tesla to see how it drove and also for my husband’s 30th bday! michelle was awesome and gave us a quick run down on how to drive it. she taught us the basics and was very helpful and responsive to her texts as we had a few questions.

The car was amazing. A bit cramped for a tall person but acceptable non-the-less. The car grows on you very quickly and it was hard to have to return it. Just starting it up turned heads and made you feel excited to drive it and it idled surprisingly quite. Jaered was very accommodating and generous with information assistance. He was readily available for questions and advice. I will definitely consider renting from him again in the future.
I said to my partner while driving home, I can't wait to give Michelle a 5 star review. she was an absolute joy throughout the entire process. you don't NEED to turo a model 3 before buying it. the car is bloody brilliant. but you should...and when you do, there is literally no one better to rent from. Michelle was punctual, flexible, very helpful in walking through the car and all of its gadgets and features. she understands what a customer journey should look like. couldn't recommend her or this car more! cheers!
