Thank you very much for your rental, Daehee. I am sorry you were disappointed on this rental--especially since your first rental earlier this year went so well. I know you had a terrible time flying into DC--I think you had a twelve hour delay because of airline software failures--and we did our best to accommodate the unexpected delay. We hope next time will be better!
