Everything you would want in a rental car from Turo. Low mileage, clean, low-cost, and I’d much rather talk to John than any other car rental service agent. He was extremely flexible on pick up and drop off. I extended the trip at least four times, and within 30 minutes he responded every time. Convenient location for drop off/pick up as well. I liked the car so much, I asked him to buy it!

Great guy and was real thoughtful. Amazing car never drove a Mercedes before and was definitely an experience. The panoramic roof and the interior is definitely a great thing to have and use. Would definitely rent from again. There was a sound like a thudding but since I never driven one I figured I could be just exaggerating, I told Steve and he quickly responded and made me felt assured and gave me options to bring the car back if I felt unsafe and he had other cars I could possibly use or I could end the trip early. Also he assured me he’ll check just to make sure everything is running good when I returned the car. Used the car for the whole trip because it ran smooth and I was probably overthinking the sound. The car is very advanced so it would’ve notified me if anything was wrong also.Everything felt real easy and simple. Will definitely reach out again if I need to use a vehicle. Thank you Steve. Bradford's car was clean and comfortable. Seat and strating wheel warmers are a must for a Boston Winter. The pickup and drop off was easy and convenient.

nice car very unique! loved how clean and sanitized it was!! couldnt figure out the AC to well so just had to deal with windows down. Bradford was a great host very quick response on every question we had. great experience.

Not something you will see from an ordinary rental agency. This car is fully specced, and it give you a good taste of electric driving without the hassle of charging. Bradford is really courteous and communicative in my experience, and he was also kindly enough to put a full charge on the battery.

I would give 6 stars if I could.. the car is amazing and Bradford is an amazing host all around. It's a great hybrid luxury sedan with an amazing panoramic sunroof among so many other things. I would definitely consider renting it again. Thanks again Brad!

The car: Clean, easy to drive, great on gas. The USB/lightning and USB/microUSB cables were a welcome addition. I drove close to 800 miles in 4 days (city, highway and everything in between) and had no issues whatsoever. Would absolutely rent again. Good communication and easy hand off. The ELR was reasonably clean inside and ran very well. Charging cable was not provided (apparently a previous renter broke it), but the car runs smoothly with the gas engine too.
