Great rental experience with Cliff. No issues with the car or communication. Locked the key inside one time and Cliff was quickly available to unlock it remotely. Just bear in mind that they have Sentry Mode on, so if you’re a private person that may be bothersome. He did turn it off at my private residence, but only there. This is a minor complaint that didn’t impact my experience though it may be a dealbreaker for others (like my colleague who complained about it). On the flip side, I felt very secure leaving it in garages and such! He also has disconnectable 360 deg dash cams. Thank you!

Excellent car that drives really well and has great gas mileage. Super convenient pickup location coming from upper Manhattan, just a few minutes off of the GWB. Jay was a great host, would definitely rent again.
