Mingsong was very prompt, helpful and most importantly kind. Although there was a bit of a mishap in my rental journey - Please be careful with leaving belongings in your car :( , there has been a theft and break in rise in the city- but all in all everything was resolved quickly and efficiently and I’m thankful for my experience with Mingsong
Needed a car to get to and from work for a few days while mine is in the shop. Needless to say, when I needed a couple extra days added to my original couple days for the rental, he had no problem with it. Car was was decent, tank was full, a.c and the heater both worked, power windows functioned as intended. Though when it came to the interior, the car was somewhat clean. All of the windows had a serious haze on the inside, ended up having to use a window cleaner to break through it. They might want to have the car sent out to be detailed every 4 or 5 times rented. As for the owner of the car, he checked license to verify I had one (not a big deal) especially considering he was handing over the keys top someone he just met. Pickup was a breeze, and I liked the fact that I was able to upload photos of the vehicle blemishes prior to leaving. All in all, he's a good dude and I can see why he has so many trips with his cars. Granted I need to rent another car again, I'll keep him in mind. This experience was much better than any enterprise rental car place etcetera. Thanks again Yngbo.

The car was a little dusty on the outside, and there was a crack in the windshield, but otherwise it was a great car to drive and a great experience. Loved the hybrid motor.

Car was damaged when i arrived. Host didnt let me know but still five stars because i appreciate the hosts business. Plus support small businesses. Plus be easy on us poor people. Life is about building bonds and relationships. .... calling all renters: treat your neighbors cars with respect!!! Show some human decency! ... if you want to abuse cars, go to freaking enterprise, hertz, or something. Steal from the rich, not your own freaking people. That is all though. Thanks again to the host. Car runs amazing at 80k miles and i hope you get your car damages fixed without trouble. This specific host has great cars without a doubt. Again, all humans be good to each other. Eat with other dont compete with each other. Especially the poorer population lol. Look me up, sha mook.

By far the best experience I have ever had with car "rental". This is my first turo rental and I can only hope for hosts as amazing as JP. He kept me In the loop. The car was very reliable. Great gas mileage. Only thing, the trunk is very small so if you’re trying to rent it with a group a friends on a weekend trip, it’s going to get a little hard. Other than that everything was great.
I rented the car for my birthday and Tony made everything very easy. He dropped the car off for me and made sure it was ready to go. He also includes a lot of miles for your trip which is greatttt. Communication was very good as well, and always answered if needed. The car was in great shape.

He was quick to respond to all my questions and comments, he made pickup and return very easy, and he encouraged his high performance sports car (C7 Z51 package) be driven and not just babied. After returning his car, he and I chatted for a while about cars. Great person and great host! Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding experience, my first with Turo, and absolutely exceeded expectations. The entire process from booking, pick-up and drop-off couldn’t have been easier and Edward and Erwin were top drawer, platinum standard! The Alfa Romeo 4C is not for everyone. If you’re looking for a boulevard cruiser, keep looking. If you’re looking for a serious canyon carver, a motorcycle with two doors and A/C, this is it. The exhaust note alone is worth all the money. Very few 4C Launch Editions imported to the U.S., loaded with every available performance option, and even fewer available to drive unless you own one. Enjoy the ride!
